Shipping/Return Policy

 

- We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

- Reverse pick-up services are available, and a Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items.

- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to our company address. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

- Please return the product(s) in the same condition as shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or clearly worn, no refund will be provided.

- Refunds for orders will be processed within 7 days of getting the order back at our warehouse and credited to your bank account. 

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- No returns will be entertained for design and fitting purposes.

- Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

- For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for certain products, including accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear like boxers, briefs, and trunks. Forth Clo Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

 

**Refunds for Free Product Deals:**

 

- Orders with promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) or other deals that include free products are not eligible for returns.

 

**Self-Shipping of Orders for Returns:**

 

- If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product(s) to the following address:

- Ensure items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage in transit, and include your ORDER ID and registered mobile number. All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

- Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the full amount + Rs 100 (for courier charges) within 48 hours to your bank account for prepaid orders.

- **Important:** Please avoid using "The Professional Couriers" for self-shipping, as we do not accept their deliveries. We recommend using "Speed Post" for reliable service. Courier costs beyond the stipulated amount will not be reimbursed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery & major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment methods like UPI and Net Banking. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need assistance with your order.

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

How do I track my order? 

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Alternatively, you can use our tracking forms from the menu section on the top left.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It typically takes 4 business days, though in special cases, it can extend to 7 business days.

Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

  • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
  • 
Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
  • 
Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.

Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf

Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.
