**Terms and Conditions:**
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank details for refunds. Any errors in the details will not be the responsibility of Forth Clo Pvt. Ltd.
- If you receive a delivery confirmation SMS or email but have not received the package, contact us within 24 hours.
- Customers must take care of the product(s) in their possession, including all packaging and instructions, and return it in the same condition.
- If you believe the product does not meet quality standards upon delivery, contact us via Instagram DM (@forth.clo) or WhatsApp at 9821400397 within 1 day of receiving the product. Instructions for return will be provided.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email if a refund is due. Refunds are typically processed within 30 working days after confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including Cash on Delivery & major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment methods like UPI and Net Banking. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need assistance with your order.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment centre, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Alternatively, you can use our tracking forms from the menu section on the top left.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It typically takes 4 business days, though in special cases, it can extend to 7 business days.
I have not received my order, where is it?
Why I have not received my order within the estimated time?
Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf
Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.
